Group Counseling
what is group counseling?
Group counseling is a form of therapy where people with similar experiences/issues come together with a professional counselor. The counselor runs the session, but generally everyone contributes in some way, listening to others and talking themselves. It's usually focused on a particular issue, like: anxiety.
The benefits of Group counseling are:

Groups provide a sounding board. ...
Groups can propel you forward. ...
Groups promote social skills. ...
Group therapy costs less than individual counseling. ...
Groups teach you about yourself. ..

The length of Group counseling varies from four to eight 1 hour sessions spread over the course of two months. Again, depends on the nature of the topic.
Prices vary depending on number of sessions and topic choice of group.
